1.What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ typically starts from 200–500 decks, depending on the specifications. For simpler designs, lower quantities may be available—feel free to contact us for details.
2.Can I order a sample before mass production?
Yes, we offer both digital samples and physical samples. A pre-production sample is highly recommended to ensure everything meets your expectations.
3.What file format do you accept?
We recommend print-ready PDF files in CMYK color mode with 300 DPI resolution and 3mm bleed. AI and PSD formats are also acceptable.
4.Are You Manufacturer or a Trade Company?
We are the 100% Manufacturer specialized in printing & packaging over 24 years with 17,000 square meters workshop area. There are excellent teams composed of 150 professionals and more than 400 skilled workers in our factory.
5.How Many Days Will Samples Be Finished? How About The Mass Production?
Generally, digital sample or dummy sample in 1-3 days, finished product sample needs 5-7 working days.
The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually 10-15 working days is enough.
6.Can We Have Our Logo or Company Information on Your Products or Package?
Sure. Your Logo can be shown on the products by Printing, embossing, debossing, gold/silver foil, color hot stamping, spot UV, or Sticker, etc.
7.What’s your delivery terms and payment terms?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the most convenient and effective one.
T/T wire transfer, Credit cards or MasterCards, E-checking, Paypal and Western Union remittance are acceptable here. Generally, 30% deposit needs to be paid before delivery and balance paid against copy of B/L requested for order payment.
8.What happens after I place my order? Do I get a proof before printing?
After checkout, our dedicated Prepress team will review your design for any technical concerns and send a 2D digital proof of your custom boxes to your email within 24 hours. If any changes need to be made, you can send a note directly to our Prepress team through the proof page and they’ll be happy to help with finalizing your design for printing.
9.What shipping methods do you offer?
We support express (DHL, FedEx), air freight, and sea shipping depending on your timeline and budget.
