What each approval route can verify
| Approval route | Use it to check | It does not replace |
|---|---|---|
| Material sample pack | Paper feel, покрытие, ламинирование, and finish examples | Your project artwork, component fit, or final assembly |
| Existing product sample | General workmanship and examples of previous production | A sample made to your exact size, произведение искусства, and specification |
| Digital PDF proof | Layout, текст, размещение изображения, card order, and dieline alignment | Physical paper feel, final printed color, finish texture, or box fit |
| Pre-production sample | The selected size, материал, распечатать, заканчивать, упаковка, and component fit | Normal production tolerances across the complete mass-production run |
After approval: mass production follows the approved material, размер, распечатать, заканчивать, binding, and structural specifications, within normal industry tolerances.
If the specification changes: revisions to size, материал, заканчивать, card count, or packaging may require a new proof or sample before production begins.
